Fire Alarm Permits Pulled for The Abby
Permits valued at $1.128M have been pulled for fire alarm install within the 3 buildings at The Abby in North Quincy. The new, mixed-use development will include a total of 610 apartments, 45,000 SF of retail space anchored by a Target store, a 1,314-space parking garage, including 852 parking spots for MBTA commuters. The residential portion of the project will be delivered over two phases, with the first units available for occupancy in May of 2021 and the second phase in January 2022. The entire North Quincy Station Redevelopment project is scheduled to be completed by Spring 2022.
