First Building Complete at Copperworks in Canton
The first building at Copperworks Canton is complete with framing going up next door for the second in the development. The project will offer 212 modern condos ranging in size from 1 through 2+ bedrooms. Resident amenities will include a roof deck with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a clubhouse with pool, and a 9-acre public park built along the banks of the Neponset River Tributary. The original copper foundry on the site will be transformed into a farm to table restaurant and landmark museum.
