First Building Nearing Completion at Watermills at Bridgeport
The first building at Watermills Bridgeport along Pleasant Street in Watertown in nearly complete with facade install and interior work also ongoing for the second building in the project. The two buildings are connected via a central bridge and will include 99 residential units along with 18,000 square feet of commercial space. Each building will also include a rooftop garden. Construction is expected to wrap up in the coming months.
