First Residents Take Occupancy at Avalon Norwood as Construction Continues on Later Stages of the Project
The first units at Avalon Norwood are complete while framing and window install continues on later stages of the project. The development will include nearly 200 apartments just a few blocks from the commuter rail. Units are currently priced starting at $2010 for one bedrooms up through $2900 for three bedroom homes. Community amenities include a pool with sundeck, fitness studio, and resident lounge with entertaining kitchen. The development replaces under-utilized and deteriorating turn of the century printing and industrial buildings with a mix of townhouses, apartments, and lofts.
