First Units at 28 Austin Street in Newton Expected to Open Next Month
Interior finishing is ongoing and leasing is underway for 28 Austin Street in Newton. First residents are expected to take occupancy in late September with a second and third round of units coming online in October and November. In total, the project will feature 68 one & two-bedroom units ranging in size from around 650 square feet to over 1,200 square feet. Residents will have access to a sky deck with pergola and fire pits. The ground floor of the building will also include 5,000 square feet of retail space.
