First Units Nearly Complete at EchelonSeaport as Temporary CO is issued for Lobby and Amenity Spaces
With 133 Seaport, A Regent Collection, set to open this Fall, a temporary CO has been issued for building management to access the lobby, 2nd floor, and 5th-floor amenity spaces within this first building of EchelonSeaport. 135 Seaport is set to follow with an opening in early 2020. These two buildings will feature a total of 447 luxury condos ranging in price from the mid $700's to over $5 million. The third and final building will offer 270 apartments and is expected to also open sometime in 2020.
