Fit-Out Continues for Swinger's Golf Club at the Robert Strauss Building
Additional permits have been pulled for the fit-out of the Swinger's Golf Club coming to 1333 New Hampshire Avenue. The office/retail property was purchased by The Meridian Group and WeWork in December 2018 for $136.5M and is currently undergoing renovations with WeWork set to occupy around 44,000 square feet. The Swinger's Golf Club will be located on the ground floor and concourse levels with multiple bars and food stalls.
