Fit Out Permit Pulled for Mills Building Renovation
A permit has been pulled for the tenant fit-out of levels 8,9,10 11, AND 12 at the Mills Building in Downtown DC. Work will include selective demo, construction of new partitions and finishes along with improvements to base building MEPs. The 165,000-square-foot 10-story office building is currently undergoing a full-scale modernization that includes the addition of a penthouse lounge and terrace space.
