Flagship Pioneering Eyeing a Lease at Boynton Yards
Flagship Pioneering, a Massachusetts-based venture capital company, is considering leasing 101 South Street, part of the Boynton Yards development project. The company is in talks for leasing all 290,000 SF of space at 101 South Street.
Located adjacent to Union Square and only one mile from Kendall Square, the City of Somerville plans for Boynton Yards to be redeveloped into a vibrant, mixed-use district comprised of lab, office, multifamily and neighborhood retail, and community arts space.
