Flooring and Cabinets Going in the Clubhouse at Story Wesley Chapel
The flooring and cabinets are being installed in the clubhouse and the frame is complete on two of the apartment buildings. Located in the Chapel Crossings master-planned development, the community will offer 320 apartment units. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes in three four-story buildings, two will be L-shaped. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Residents will also have access to the amenities developed within the overall master planned community, including walking trails, community center, and pool. Story Wesley Chapel is slated to welcome its first residents in Summer 2023.
