Food Hall & CoWorking Space Scrapped at The Foundry in Alexandria
Plans for a food hall and ALX Community branded coworking space won't move forward at The Foundry in Alexandria. The former office building was recently converted to over 500 apartments and now the development team looking for new retail tenants for the ground floor space. Along with the apartments, the building does include a host of resident amenities including a fitness facility and more than 10,000 square feet of rooftop amenities, including a pool, lounge, fireplace, and dining area.
