Forest Hills Mixed-Use Project Tops Out
An 11-story, mixed-use project has topped out at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens. General contractor, SD Builders and Construction, is also now starting to apply weatherproofing materials to the finished concrete superstructure. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments, offering both market-rate and affordable housing units.
In addition to residential space, it will boast square feet of retail on the bottom two floors. Plans additionally call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is estimated to finish in 2023.
