Forest Properties Sells 72 Burbank Project, New SPRA Filed
Forest Properties Management, the developer of the approved project at 72 Burbank Street in Fenway, sold the property to the Fenway Community Development Corporation (FCDC). FCDC has filed a small project review application to the BPDA for a new 27-unit project for the Fenway plot.
The project, developed in line with the City’s Compact Living Policy pilot, will feature compact units, common and storage space, bike parking facilities, and no car parking spaces.
