Former NFL Star Proposes Mixed-Use Miami Development
Prestige Cityview LLC, owned by former NFL Pro-Bowler Elvis Dumervil, filed a comprehensive land use plan (CDMP) with city officials. The CDMP requests to change 12050 Northeast 14th Avenue's land designation from 'industrial and office' land designation to 'high density'.
The designation change would enable residential development of a 17-story building. The building would feature 250 apartments and 31,453 square feet of retail space.
