Fort Point Office Building Acquired for $35 Million
SPRT Owner 55, LLC - a subsidiary of Westbrook Partners - sold 5 Channel Center Street to BP3-BOS3 5 Channel Street, LLC - an affiliate of California-based Phase 3 Real Estate Partners - for $35,000,000.

Sold to Westbrook in 2019 for $26 million, the 6-story office/industrial building is located in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood and features 52,500 square feet of space.
