Foundation Construction Begins for First Riverline Building

Foundation work has begun at 1010 S. Wells for the first building in the Riverline development: a 21-story, 386-unit tower with 2,900 square feet of retail space. The project will feature a rooftop deck and 182 parking spaces. Future phases include 62 townhomes, a 169-unit tower, and a third tower to the north. Riverline will also extend the Chicago Riverwalk from River City to Roosevelt Road.
