Foundation Construction Continues at Kenmore Square North
Foundation construction is ongoing for the upcoming 8-story office/retail building as part of the Kenmore North Redevelopment. The new construction aspect of the project will feature 119,00 square feet of office space over 8,00 square feet of retail and a 60 car parking garage. In total, the project will include approximately 280,500 square feet of newly constructed and renovated office and retail space.
