Foundation Construction to Begin on Approved 500+ Unit Somerville Housing Project
has secured a building permit for 34 North Street in Somerville, kicking off the Clarendon Hill redevelopment project.
The first phase of development calls for a 9-story affordable housing apartment complex featuring 168 units. In total, the project will replace 216 existing public housing units with a newly constructed development consisting of 591 rental units within 4 buildings and 34 townhomes
