Foundation construction underway at 88 CambridgePark Drive apartments at Alewife Station
Foundation work is well underway at 88 CambridgePark Drive, and the vertical concrete structure that will frame out the development’s ground-floor retail podium is out of the ground. Following completion of the podium, five stories of wood framing will be built above to complete 88 CambridgePark Drive's six-story structure. 88 CambridgePark Drive will feature 254 apartment residences and 7,700 square feet of retail.
