Foundation Construction Underway on Downtown Winthrop Development
Construction is underway on The Somerset in Winthrop as crews continue site work and begin construction of the foundation for the development. Plans call for 29 units with one commercial suite, two studios, 15 one-beds, and 12 two-beds. In addition to the commercial suite, there is a separate smaller office (227 SF) on the first floor that can be used as a manager/rental office.
