Foundation Permits Pulled For 1135 West Winona Street
A new CEDARst Companies has been given permits to start foundation work. This new development was given the green light to start preparing the site for the two five-story buildings, with a majority of the buildings dedicated to residential units. CEDARst Companies have been a large developer in the revitalization of the Uptown Neighborhood.
The full building permits have not been pulled yet, however they are expected to be approved soon. The project is slated to be finished in 2022.
