Foundation Pour Complete for 400 Summer Street
The foundation pour, 2,700 cubic yards, is complete for 400 Summer Street in the Seaport. The upcoming 16-story laboratory building will be home to Foundation Medicine, which will occupy 580,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. The project will also host 30,000 square feet of neighborhood retail uses. Feldman has recently completed an ALTA survey for project financing, in addition to ongoing construction engineering services for MEP layout, foundation as-builts, and structural monitoring.
