Foundation pouring underway at 31 Orleans Street apartments in East Boston
With demolition of pre-existing structures complete, foundation concrete pouring has commenced at 31 Orleans Street, a new 4-story building featuring 14 apartment residences located steps to the East Boston Waterfront. 31 Orleans Street's underground parking garage has been excavated, and large sections of the building's concrete foundation have been poured. Formwork is in place to frame the pouring of additional foundation sections. The following are photographs of 31 Orleans Street:
