Foundation Prep Ongoing for 201 Park Drive
The Feldman Surveyors’ team continues work on pile layout for the new life science building coming to 201 Park Drive. Adjacent to the newly renovated 401 Park, 201 Park Drive will feature 506,000 square feet of office and lab space along with amenities including a large outdoor terrace, a rooftop deck, and a conference center. Tenants already lined up for the development include cancer drug maker Tango Therapeutics and investment firm Third Rock Ventures. Construction is expected to last through Spring 2022.
