Foundation Work Begins for Fenway Life Science Project
A permit valued at $48,137,644.00 has been pulled to begin foundation work for the upcoming office/lab project at 421 Park Drive, part of the Landmark Center redevelopment. The project will include 550,000 square foot office/life science space, with an approximately 50,000 square foot ground-floor grocery space occupied by Star Market. The project is currently scheduled for completion in early 2025.
