Foundation Work Complete for Lawson Green in Scituate
The foundation is now in place for The Lawson Green Apartments in Scituate. The upcoming two-story building will feature 30 affordable senior housing apartments. Units will be affordable to senior households earning less than 60% of AMI with 8 units restricted for extremely low-income senior households earning less than 30% of AMI. Support services for seniors will be available on site along with parking for 40 cars.
