Foundation work underway at 2nd Avenue Residences, 390 upcoming luxury apartments in Needham
The first foundation section is being poured at 2nd Avenue Residences, a $135 million 390-unit luxury apartment building being built by Dellbrook | JKS in Needham. Across the 5.13-acre site, excavation continues in preparation for foundation construction. Opening in the first half of 2019, 2nd Avenue Residences will feature 390 luxurious apartments wrapped around a 583-space precast concrete parking garage as well as two courtyards with pool and outdoor entertaining space.
