Foundation Work Underway for 233 Hancock St. in Dorchester
Foundation work is now underway for 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester. The upcoming project will include 36 apartments, 720 square feet of ground-floor retail, a 400 square foot community art gallery, and a 22 car parking garage. The project, being built by Haycon, will revitalize the formerly industrial site just minutes from the Savin Hill MBTA Station.
