Foundation Work Underway for Kendall East
Foundation work is moving along for Urban Spaces Kendall East Project. The two-building project will include 136 apartments along with over 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units will range in size from studios through three bedrooms, many featuring private outdoor space. The buildings will share two levels of below-grade parking consisting of 142 spaces and an additional 159 bicycle spaces. An expansive half-acre courtyard will join the parcels, providing green space and stadium seating for the neighborhood. Construction of the complex is expected to be completed in 2021.
