The District Burlington is redeveloping a former corporate campus into a modern, efficient, walkable work community. In doing so, The District Burlington is redefining suburban office space, introducing prime retail options such as Island Creek Oyster Bar and Pressed Café. The District Burlington offers prime visibility from Route 128 and is set in a lush green landscape with walking trails and public green space. Located along Route 128 in Waltham, POST is repurposing a former U.S. Postal Service distribution center into a 395,000 square foot state-of-the-art office development. Located in Lexington convenient to Route 128 and the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway, 115 Hartwell Avenue is readily accessible. The building, opening in the first quarter of 2017, is attracting progressive tenants such as preclinical genetic medicine company Wave Life Sciences, who has leased 58,000 square feet.
