Framing Begins for 125 Sumner St. in East Boston
The foundation is under construction at 125 Sumner Street in East Boston. Additionally, early stages of its wooden framing have been constructed. One building on the site will contain 22 affordable rental apartment residences, and the other will contain 30 mixed-income condos. Apartments will include 3 and 4-bedrooms, and condominiums will include studio, one-, two- and three bedrooms. 14 condominiums will be designated affordable.
