Framing Begins for The Smith South End
Framing is underway for The Smith, the upcoming 710,000 square foot mixed-use project in the South End A total of 650 apartment residences and 80,000 square feet of office space will be constructed at The Smith. The project will also include 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 650 parking spaces in the underground parking garage.
