Framing Begins on 400K+ SF L.L. Bean Headquarters Expansion Project
Framing has begun on the L.L. Bean headquarters as the first phase of construction continues on the building's expansion project.
L.L. Bean has won approval for plans to modernize and expand their Freeport, ME headquarters to meet current demands the company faces. Plans call for a 400,000 SF expansion of their existing office campus adding a second floor to the complex. Campus features include a 900-seat auditorium, a new baseball field, and reengineering of the Concord Gully Brook into a nature preserve and trail.
