Framing Complete for The Residences at Forest Hills
Framing is complete with window install ongoing for The Residences at Forest Hills. These three wood-framed buildings will feature 250 apartments and over 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. 50 of the units will be designated as affordable. The project is located directly across the street from the Forest Hills MBTA station and is targeting a minimum of LEED Silver sustainability certification.
