Framing Construction Progressing at Altura Bayshore
Multiple beams are in place and crews have begun building the frames as construction progresses at Altura Bayshore. The foundation work at the tower began after the April 6 groundbreaking. Altura Bayshore will have 73 units, 67 residences and 6 penthouses. All units will have east and west views of the bay and Bayshore Boulevard and come with private elevator access. The completion is estimated in the fourth quarter of 2023/first quarter of 2024.
