Framing Continues for The Residences at North Hill
Various stages of construction are progressing for the multi-building Residences at North Hill in Alexandria. The multifamily and senior rental community will include 279-units, a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Apartments will be affordable at a variety of income tiers and will include a modern living space and kitchen. Leasing is expected to begin in the Summer of 2022.
