Framing Moving Forward at Tampa Student Housing Project
The frame is in place on the first two floors of a new student housing development will offer 150 units as construction moves forward. Located in North Hyde Park, adjacent to the University of Tampa, the eight-story building will consist of a two-story parking garage, with ground level retail space, and six stories of residential units. Community amenities include a lobby leasing office, community lounge, bike storage. The roof will feature a pool with a deck lounge as well as a pavilion with grilling stations.
