Framing Nearly Complete for Fenway R&D Project
Framing is nearly complete for the upcoming 14-story R&D tower at 201 Park Drive in Fenway. Tenants for the 500,000 square foot building will include investment firm Third Rock Ventures and Tango Therapeutics. Construction is expected to wrap up in 2022. The development team of Samuels & Associates & Alexandria are also planning another 550,000 square feet of life science space on the other side of the existing 401 Park Drive building with construction there expected to start later this year or early next.
