Framing Nearly Complete for First Building at 1258 Mass. Ave
Framing is rising for the first of two new six-story buildings in Dorchester just a few blocks from the South Bay Center. The mixed-use project is set to include 40 apartments, along with approximately 1,500 square feet of sub-dividable ground-floor commercial space. Apartments will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations and will range from 600 to 900 square feet. A total of 37 parking spaces will be located on site both at grade and within a ground-level garage.
