Framing Nearly Complete for Ward 7 Affordable Multifamily
After breaking ground in March, framing is nearly complete for the first phase of the Kenilworth Courts redevelopment in Ward 7. The project will include 166 units reserved for residents earning 50 percent or less of the area median income. Seventeen of those units will be Permanent Supportive Housing, seven of which will be reserved for seniors.
