Framing Nearly Complete & Windows Going In for 125 Sumner St
Framing is nearly complete and windows install is underway for the multifamily project at 125 Sumner Street in East Boston. The two new buildings will include 22 affordable apartments plus 30 mixed-income condominium residences, 14 of which will be designated affordable. The project will also feature a public community room overlooking Boston Harbor.
