Framing Ongoing for New Belmont High School
Steel framing work is ongoing for the major addition to the Belmont High School. The new High School is being constructed while the existing High School remains fully occupied. Once complete, the existing High School will be razed to make way for the new Middle School. An existing shared field house, pool and locker room will be retained and renovated as part of the project. The High School is expected to be occupied in 2021, the Middle School in 2023. The $295M project will create over 450,000 square feet of space for students in grades 7-12.
