Framing Progressing on 52-Unit Fairhaven Project
is making headway on wooden framing at the Oxford School Residences project in Fairhaven outside New Bedford. Plans call for the rehab of an existing historic schoolhouse and the development of 4-story, 37,000 SF+ multifamily building featuring a total of 52 affordable housing units.
