Framing Reaches 15th Floor Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa
Construction is moving along at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa. Construction crews are working on the frame on the 15th floor. Rising along the Hillsborough Bay on Bayshore Boulevard, the development includes two towers and 12 townhome villas, which are now for sale. The 170 residences will range from two to four bedrooms and 2,405 to 5,570 square feet. The townhome villas will be three stories, 3,600 square feet. The first tower, which is 100% sold, will contain 89 units: 40 two-beds, 40 three-beds, 8 four-beds and 1 grand penthouse. The second tower will offer 69 residences Amenities include a pool and spa, club lounge business center, tennis courts and pet area.
