Framing Reaches 7th Floor at 10 Prospect in Union Square
has reached the 7th floor of steel framing at 10 Prospect in Somerville's Union Square. Part of the USQ area development, 10 Prospect calls for 194,000 SF of Class-A lab/life science floorspace off the MBTA Green Line extension. USQ calls for 2.4 million square feet of development across 15.7-acres.
