Framing to Top Off on 300K+ SF Seaport Life Science Tower
Framing is set to top off at 15 Necco Street in the Seaport's Fort Point neighborhood as construction progresses on a lab/life science project. Spanning square-feet when complete, the upcoming highly sustainable amenity-rich office/laboratory development will be home to Lilly's new state-of-the-art Institute for Genetic Medicine. The building, which is targeting LEED Gold Core & Shell, Fitwel, WELL, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, is expected to deliver in late 2023.
