Framing Rising for Downtown Silver Spring Mixed-Use Tower
Framing is rising for what will be the tallest building in Silver Spring, Solaire along Dixon Avenue. The 270-foot tall tower will include 403 apartments over a 15,000-square-foot food hall and market. Amenities will include a rooftop fitness center, pool, and sky lounge, as well as a club room with co-working facilities.
