Framing Rising for Georgetown Housing Project
John Moriarty & Associates is currently pouring the 5th-floor deck at 55 H Street NW with top out expected by late May. Façade trades are also underway with waterproofing going in at the perimeter and exterior framing and sheathing starting this month. The new 11-story building is set to feature 158-unit student housing units with 1,980 square feet of ground-floor retail.
