Framing Rising for New DCDGS HQ
Framing is quickly rising for the new DC Department of General Services HQ, the first phase of the Northeast Heights development. Currently, the 5th-floor slab is complete, forms for 6th-floor slabs are almost complete, and the first pour for the 6th-floor slab will happen soon. The new building will feature 258,000 square feet of office space with ground-floor retail.
