Framing Rising for Penn St. Mixed-Use Tower
The 440 Penn concrete structure continues to move vertical as the team has progressed to the 6th Floor. The project boasts a portion of an existing building that was selectively demolished around in order to make part of the permanent building façade. As of the last few weeks, it has been structurally tied into the building with temporary support removed. The project will feature 300 residential units along with two rooftop courtyards, a green roof, pool, outdoor grilling stations, indoor kitchen area, party room, lounge and game area.
